General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Elevaate Me website. Elevaate Me is a professional development initiative and division of The Inspiring Minds, established with the objective of supporting individuals and organisations through mentoring, learning, professional development, career development, knowledge sharing, and related initiatives. These Website Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Elevaate Me website, including its pages, content, information, resources, forms, features, links, and other digital services made available through the website.

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Website Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

1. About Elevaate Me

Elevaate Me operates as a division of The Inspiring Minds. It is not represented as an independent legal entity unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific agreement, invoice, registration document, programme communication, or other legally binding document. Depending upon the nature of a particular service or transaction, The Inspiring Minds, Elevaate Me, or an identified programme partner may be responsible for the relevant activity. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as creating a separate legal entity, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or other legal relationship between Elevaate Me, The Inspiring Minds, its partners, or website users unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and for obtaining information about Elevaate Me, The Inspiring Minds, their initiatives, programmes, services, events, professional-development opportunities, and associated activities. You agree to use the website responsibly and in a manner that does not violate applicable Indian law, infringe the rights of another person, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or adversely affect the experience of other users.

You must not use the website to gain unauthorised access to systems or information, introduce malicious software or code, interfere with website functionality, attempt to circumvent security measures, conduct unauthorised data extraction or scraping, impersonate another person or organisation, distribute unlawful or harmful material, or use information obtained from the website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

3. Website Content

The content published on the Elevaate Me website is intended primarily for general informational, educational, professional-development, and communication purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate and useful; however, programme details, schedules, speakers, trainers, partners, fees, availability, descriptions, photographs, resources, and other information may change from time to time.

We do not warrant that every item of information on the website will always be complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every individual or purpose. Where we become aware of a material error, we may correct or update the relevant information without assuming an obligation to retrospectively update all previously published material.

4. Professional and Career Information

The Elevaate Me website may contain information relating to careers, Human Resources, leadership, professional development, mentoring, coaching, learning, workplace practices, personal branding, training, and other professional topics. Such information is provided for general educational and developmental purposes and should not be regarded as individualised legal, medical, psychological, financial, investment, tax, immigration, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

Career-related examples, suggestions, opinions, case studies, articles, resources, or recommendations published on the website do not constitute a guarantee of employment, promotion, salary increase, admission, professional recognition, business success, or any particular career outcome. Individual decisions should be made after considering the user's own circumstances and, where appropriate, obtaining advice from a suitably qualified professional.

5. Mentoring, Coaching and Other Services

Information presented on the website concerning Mentoring, Faculty Development Programmes, Conferences & Seminars, Coaching & Professional Development, Personal Branding & Promotion, Training Programmes, or other services does not by itself constitute a binding agreement to provide a particular service.

Actual service delivery may be subject to separate registration requirements, programme terms, engagement terms, availability, payment, eligibility criteria, consent requirements, or other conditions communicated before participation. Where specific service terms are provided, those terms will govern the relevant engagement in addition to these Website Terms & Conditions.

6. Programmes and Events

Elevaate Me may publish information regarding programmes, events, seminars, conferences, workshops, mentoring opportunities, training programmes, Faculty Development Programmes, and other initiatives. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, replace, or cancel a programme or event where reasonably necessary, including due to changes in speaker or trainer availability, technical difficulties, venue issues, insufficient participation, institutional requirements, safety considerations, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Registration for a programme or event may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, fees, cancellation provisions, refund conditions, attendance requirements, and participant responsibilities. Such terms will be communicated through the relevant registration or programme documentation.

7. Associated HR and Training Partners

Elevaate Me is associated with more than 100 HR and Training Partners and may publish information about programmes, experts, trainers, organisations, or learning opportunities provided in association with such partners. The presence of a partner, programme, trainer, or organisation on the Elevaate Me website does not necessarily mean that every aspect of the partner's services is provided directly by Elevaate Me or The Inspiring Minds.

Where a programme is delivered by an Associated Partner, the partner may have independent responsibility for its content, trainers, delivery, certification, scheduling, materials, venue, assessments, and other programme-specific matters. Additional terms may therefore apply to the relevant programme.

Elevaate Me and The Inspiring Minds will make reasonable efforts to maintain appropriate professional associations; however, users should review the specific terms and information relating to a partner-delivered service before registering or making payment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Elevaate Me name, logo, branding, visual identity, website design, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, documents, templates, frameworks, original articles, training resources, downloadable materials, and other content available through the website are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by The Inspiring Minds, Elevaate Me, or the relevant rights holder, unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may view and use website content for your personal and non-commercial informational purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit, sell, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where such use is expressly permitted under applicable law.

The Elevaate Me and The Inspiring Minds names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests unauthorised affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval.

9. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Some content displayed on the website may belong to third parties, including speakers, trainers, Associated Partners, authors, institutions, photographers, technology providers, or other rights holders. Such content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

Users are responsible for respecting applicable copyright, trademark, confidentiality, publicity, privacy, and other intellectual-property rights when accessing or using website content.

10. User-Submitted Information

Certain areas of the website may allow users to submit enquiries, applications, feedback, testimonials, professional information, resumes, photographs, comments, or other material.

By submitting information, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide it. You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, confidential without authorisation, or otherwise harmful to another person.

The collection and processing of personal information submitted through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

The privacy of users and participants is important to us. Personal information collected through the Elevaate Me website will be handled in accordance with the Elevaate Me Privacy Policy.

Our privacy framework is intended to take account of applicable Indian laws relating to personal data and information technology, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, to the extent applicable and from the relevant commencement dates, as well as other applicable laws, rules, notifications, and regulatory requirements.

Because the Indian data-protection framework is subject to phased implementation and regulatory development, our Privacy Policy and related practices may be updated from time to time to reflect applicable legal requirements.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functionality, website security, preferences, analytics, performance monitoring, and user experience. Certain third-party services integrated with the website may also use such technologies.

Where applicable law requires consent for particular categories of cookies or similar technologies, appropriate consent or preference mechanisms may be provided.

13. External Links and Third-Party Platforms

The website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, professional networking services, payment gateways, registration platforms, learning platforms, video-conferencing systems, partner websites, and other external resources.

These links may be provided for convenience, information, or service functionality. Elevaate Me and The Inspiring Minds do not control third-party websites and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or activities.

Accessing a third-party website is at the user's own discretion, and users should review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before providing personal information or entering into a transaction.

14. Website Security

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of the website. However, no website, electronic communication system, or method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not guarantee that the website will be free from viruses, malware, vulnerabilities, technical failures, or other harmful components. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices and for exercising reasonable caution when accessing websites and downloading or opening electronic material.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functional; however, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, hosting issues, internet or telecommunications failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time where reasonably necessary.

16. No Guarantee or Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make an unrestricted warranty that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, secure, or suitable for every user's particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, The Inspiring Minds and Elevaate Me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to access to or use of the website.

This may include, where legally permissible, loss of income, employment opportunities, business opportunities, professional opportunities, reputation, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or other consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Indian law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other legally non-excludable circumstances.

18. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own use of the website and for decisions made based on information obtained through it. Users should independently verify information where the consequences of relying upon that information may be significant.

Elevaate Me does not accept responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content without appropriate consideration of the user's individual circumstances.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Inspiring Minds, Elevaate Me, their authorised representatives, employees, service providers, mentors, coaches, trainers, and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of website content, or violation of applicable law.

This provision shall not apply to the extent that the relevant loss arises from fraud, wilful misconduct, or legally non-excludable liability of the indemnified party.

20. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website's technical operation, obtain unauthorised access to systems or information, circumvent security controls, introduce malicious code, conduct unauthorised scraping or automated extraction, impersonate another individual or organisation, or use the website to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or has engaged in conduct that may adversely affect the website, our organisation, our partners, or other users.

21. Children and Young Users

Certain Elevaate Me initiatives may be relevant to students and young people. Where the website collects information relating to children, additional safeguards and consent mechanisms may apply in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Parents or lawful guardians may contact us regarding concerns about information submitted by or relating to a child.

22. Consumer Protection

Where the website is used to facilitate the purchase or registration of services, programmes, events, or other offerings, applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable, will be taken into consideration.

Material information concerning services, pricing, registration, payment, cancellation, refunds, and grievance redressal will be provided through the relevant website page, registration process, programme terms, invoice, or other applicable documentation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Indian law.

23. Electronic Communications

By submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme, subscribing to communications, or otherwise providing your contact details through the website, you may receive electronic communications relating to your enquiry, registration, service, transaction, programme, event, or other interaction with us.

Where promotional communications require consent under applicable law, appropriate consent mechanisms will be used. Users may opt out of promotional communications through the available mechanism without affecting essential service-related communications.

Electronic records and communications may be retained and used as evidence of transactions or communications to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Changes to the Website

We may modify the website, its content, features, services, structure, design, functionality, or availability from time to time. We may add, remove, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or content without creating an obligation to maintain a particular version of the website.

Where a change materially affects an existing contractual service, the applicable service-specific terms will govern.

25. Changes to These Terms

These Website Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our activities, website functionality, technology, business practices, legal requirements, regulatory developments, or applicable Indian law.

The revised Terms will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent concerning a material change, appropriate steps will be taken.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Website Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before initiating formal proceedings wherever reasonably appropriate. Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or other legally competent forums having jurisdiction over the relevant matter.

Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any statutory right available to a consumer or any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent court, tribunal, or authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall, where legally permissible, be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. No Waiver

Failure by The Inspiring Minds or Elevaate Me to enforce any provision of these Terms at a particular time shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
