The Elevaate Me HR Mentorship Program 2026 is a unique career development initiative designed for MBA HR students and HR professionals with 0–5 years of experience. The program bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world HR practice by connecting aspiring HR professionals with experienced HR leaders from across India.
Selected candidates will receive three months of virtual mentorship, gaining practical insights, career guidance, industry exposure, and professional networking opportunities. Participants will also have the opportunity to be recognized among the Top 100 Inspiring Young HR Minds 2026.
Mentorship is completely FREE for selected candidates. Applicants are required to appear for the National HR Mentorship Assessment Test, for which a non-refundable assessment registration fee of ₹100 is applicable.
